ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT LYMPHEDEMA

Principal Duties:
1. He is governed by the responsibilities outlined in the Medical Staff Bylaws.
2. Provides high quality of surgical care consistent with his experience.
3. Operate in the OR within his approved privileges.
4. Expected to be present and productive during the normal working hours.
5. To be available for contact at any time while in town.
6. Works under the supervision of the Section Head, Lymphedema Surgery or designee.
7. is allowed primary care responsibility as defined by the supervisor who may also take over aspects of the cases, as he feces necessary.
8. May be assigned specific duties within his division with restricted responsibilities.
9. Does not admit in his name.
10. Involves in the instruction and education of the residents.
11. Attends and participates in division meetings and rounds.
12. Attends and participates in the educational program of the division.
13. Attends in the department of Plastic Surgery meeting.
14. Participates in the ongoing quality management program.
15. Attendance of collective division activities should not be less than 75 percent.
16, Meet the CME requirements of Saudi specialization.
17. Ensure approval of proper TRA by the Chairman before going on leave.
18. Maintain the spirit of teamwork in the Lymphedema Surgery.
19. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education: (Essential)

Graduate from a medical school recognized by NGHA. Successful completion of a structured, accredited residency training program acceptable to NGHA. Certification by the appropriate specialty board approved by the Saudi Council for Health Specialties and acceptable to NGHA.
Experience: (Essential)

Training and post-training is less than seven (7) years. The candidate should have a minimum of two (2) year-experience in a tertiary care center in Plastic/ Lymphedema Surgery after certification.

Arabic Language Skills: Preferred
Computer Skills: Basic
