Programmer Analyst

• Write, compile and modify programming scripts and application programs to enhance functionality and/or performance of organizational applications.

• Analyze, design, assess, monitor and run software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purpose of correcting errors, general debugging, identifying areas for improvement and developing guidelines to enhance operational procedures for IT systems support.

• Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications in collaboration with internal users and departments.

• Develop, maintain and document configurations of IT-infrastructure systems such as databases, servers, computers, security and network for systems, applications and programs including general design of solutions that will meet system and security requirements, and provide alternative approaches, if necessary.

• Create training documentation as it relates to MNGHA processes and practices in order to provide intermediate application functional support to assist users.

• Maintain best Cybersecurity practices in the design and development of systems, applications and programs.

• Liaise with vendors for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues.

• Organize and maintain scheduled reports, dashboards and other applications.

• Generate statistics and compose reports as might be required.
