The training and development department at MNGHA is responsible for identifying the learning needs of employees and designing and implementing training programs to help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively.
The role of the training and development department is to create a culture of learning and development within the organization.
The training and development work on :
Conducting needs assessments to identify the specific skills and knowledge gaps that exist within the organization.
Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that training programs align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Use a variety of training programs , methods and techniques, such as classroom training, blended learning, on-the-job training , mentoring, and coaching.
Work with external training providers to deliver specialized training courses or workshops.
Providing ongoing support to employees who have completed training programs, to help them apply what they have learned on the job and to reinforce their new skills.
Actively collaborating to train Saudi nationals under graduates and new graduates to become qualified, competitive and productive workforce through the Internship (Coop training programs)& Saudi Career Development Programs (SCDP) , as part of its commitment to the National Program of Manpower Training.
Overall, the training and development department is a critical component of the organization and committed to investing in its employees and to building a culture of continuous learning and development. By providing employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles, the department works to ensure that the organization remains competitive and successful in the long term.
